PhD thesis LaTeX style

Hello,

I am currently finalizing my PhD thesis. I will probably have one or
more English people from the CSP community in my jury. Since the
presentation of theses is very different in England from what it is in
France, I am looking for a suitable LaTeX document class and/or
package.

Could someone send me a copy of the Kent University LaTeX package for
PhD dissertations ?
