I didn't include 

PAR
URGENT CHAN OF INT x,y:
URGENT CHAN OF rodent mouse, CHAN OF fish haddock : 
 list

in which x and y are at the same level, and mouse and haddock share
another
level of urgency.

Perhaps any dynamic changes should rather be expressed in (temporal)
parts of the PREDicate.
